Sheffield Blue is a soft gooey blue cheese similar to a cambozola made in 2 sizes; 220g and 1Kg. We use local Sheffield full fat pasteurised Cows’ Milk and the cheese is vegetarian.
We mature the cheese over a 4 week period, piercing twice to create blue veining and allowing the blue flavour to develop.
This cheese is ideal as part of a cheeseboard with bread or crackers or as a cooking ingredient.
The shelf life is approximately 7 weeks from delivery with the cheeses continuing to mature and become more gooey and a deeper flavour.
